SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing after receipt of your order.
Please note that processing time is not the same as shipping time. This refers to the time between when your order is sorted, packed properly, and then dropped off for delivery.
Shipping times are calculated after your order has been processed.
An email will notify you of your order's shipment and the estimated delivery date.
TRACKED AND UNTRACKED ORDERS
We currently do not offer any “untracked” shipping. All items are shipped with a tracking number
SHIPPING PROCESS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.
The shipping carriers we use are Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL & FedEx. This is also dependent on the carrier and type of delivery method you choose at checkout.
If we do receive a “return to sender” mail after an order has been shipped, for whatever reason by the shipping carriers, the shipping fee will not be refunded; only the cost of the item bought will be refunded to the original payment method of the customer.
We ship all orders from Ontario, Canada, and we currently only ship to Canada and the UK.
We'll notify you when we start shipping to the US and internationally.
Delays by the shipping carriers or customs, statutory and non-statutory holidays, as well as unforeseen situations, can happen that might cause delays in getting your order(s) to you.
Kindly ensure that you put your correct shipping/mailing address as well as email address, as we will not be responsible for orders that go to the wrong address, due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer during checkout.
All orders are carefully packed, and we will not be responsible for any damages caused by the carrier.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All orders going outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties and taxes. We currently do not include taxes and duties in our product prices or shipping rates.
All shoppers will be responsible for customs duties and or taxes charged by their home country/state when their order arrives.
