REFUND, RETURNS &. EXCHANGE  POLICY

REFUNDS

For refunds, unfortunately, we currently don't offer refunds at the moment, but you have three (3) days to return your items, which means after receiving your item, request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@niellascreation.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Kindly let us know if there was something wrong with the order immediately, eg, packing and shipping an incorrect item to you, by emailing info@niellascreation.com, and we will gladly make the necessary corrections immediately.

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the next step to take. Once the return is accepted, kindly make a separate purchase for the new item.

If the error is on our part and you would like to be refunded, let us know, and we will refund your original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

If we do receive a “return to sender” mail after an order has been shipped, for whatever reason by the shipping carriers, the shipping fee will not be refunded; only the main cost of the item bought will be refunded to the original payment method of the customer.

RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, all sales are final, and there will not be any returns, refunds, or exchanges with African print fashion and accessories on sale.
